Had a Pleasant and Enjoyable Time
5 Stars - 14th April 2019 - Reviewed on Trip Advisor
"Started off with a coffee pit stop for the group to freshen up or use the restrooms, as well as a round of icebreakers to lighten the atmosphere. Followed by 4 consecutive visits to different wineries in the following order: Jacob’s creek, Kies (where we had a delicious lunch at - I recommend the drunken chicken), Eden valley, Lambert estate. Am personally a fan of light or smooth/elegant wines so simillon and certain Shiraz wines (i.e $30 or $55 from Kies) appealed to me. Sweeter port wines were awesome too and perfect for celebrations with young drinkers e.g. Bastardo from Kies & the Port wine, whose name I forgot, from Eden valley. The chocolate port from Lambert estate was good too. Was too busy enjoying my tasting sessions to take photos, so the only photos I have are of the lunch provided."
Fab Fun, Food and New Friends
5 Stars - 28th March 2019 - reviewd on Trip Advisor
"Our fantastic tour guide Craig was so informative in so many ways, local history and culture, flora and fauna, he really knew his stuff and shared it happily. From the spot on pick up to the drop off the tour ran smoothly and calmly. The food was wonderful, so fresh and tasty and something different to suit all tastes and plenty of it, I was really impressed. I loved that we all mucked in and helped prepare all the meals, thatsso important in a group and when you are travelling alone. The accomodation was fine, clean and well kept. The guided walks were a real treat and the timing of everything was perfect to get the best from the area visited. I met some wonderful people from all over the world and made some new friends too. I was really impressed and will have no hesitation in booking again with this company and with Craig, what a grand chap, thank you. Ninn from the UK"
Outstanding Trip to Kangaroo Island
5 Stars - 13th December 2018 - reviewed on Trip Advisor
"I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Our overnight trip to Kangaroo Island was exceptional value for money (even for a solo traveller on a budget). The wildlife you see and the surrounding landscape of Kangaroo Island really is outstanding! (see photos attached). Our guide Jerry was fantastic and really made the trip all the more worthwhile with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area and it’s wildlife!! The food is great quality and everyone helps with the preparation and cleaning up which not only helps out but also allows for group bonding. We had a BBQ in the evening and it was delicious!! The accomodation is on a local farm and is pristine and high quality. There is even a Koala residing there! At the night time there is no light pollution so the view of the night sky is fabulous!! Thank you to Groovy Grape, and a MASSIVE thank you to Jerry for such a wonderful time!"

"This tour was beyond my expectations. I almost didn't purchased this tour because of the price, but looking back to it: it was worth every penny and actually it is not that expensive at all if you see what you receive back for it. Our tourguide Bronnie was amazing, she knew a lot about the places we visited and talked about it with lots of enthusiasm. Besides that, she was a great cook that made every meal a pleasure to eat. We saw a lot without the feeling it was being rushed over. We had some beautiful hikes, great sunsets, amazing starry skies and over all a really nice tour."
Rock 2 Water - 6 Day Outback Tour
5 Stars - 23rd August 2018 - reviewed on Trip Advisor
"I recently finished the 6 day Rock 2 Water tour starting in Alice Springs and seeing Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, Cooper Pedy, and some parts of South Australia. I had no idea what to expect having not done a low budget tour before but I absolutely loved it. We had a fantastic and passionate guide who took the time to engage and connect with every person and answer all our questions. I really enjoyed camping in swags and staying underground in Coober Pedy. The food was decent for camp food and it was a lot of fun traveling with similar aged and likeminded travellers. It might have been helpful to have a more detailed itinerary provided on the first day of the tour as we often were asking “what’s next?” but our guide Bailey was so patient and helpful nonetheless. Would highly recommend this company and this tour to anyone looking for a fun, active, and involved trip."
Tour of a lifetime!

"This 6 day tour from Alice Springs to Adelaide was an amazing trip! It is difficult to pick a highlight! From camping in swags, hiking Kings Canyon, finding opal in Coober Pedy and a helicopter ride overlooking Uluru! (We decided to pay extra for the helicopter ride but we would definitely recommend!) Our tour guide was informative and kept us entertained during the long bus journeys! Thanks Groovy Grape for a brilliant tour through the outback of Australia!"
"Fun filled Barossa tour"
5 Stars - 31st May 2018 - Facebook
"I cant recommend Groovy grapes enough, by far the BEST tour company i have travelled with. From a fun filled day on the Barossa valley to the rock tour experience i will never forget. Both guides (Jerry then Jase) were extremely passionate about their jobs passing on as much local info as they could and having lots of laughs along the way. The itinaries were great and certainly packed in as much as there was to offer, you deffinetly get your money's worth out of these tours. I will treasure the memories made which will stay with me forever, Big love Groovy Grapes."
