The Barossa is Australia's most famous wine region. The Groovy day begins travelling through the Adelaide Hills, stopping at the World's Largest Rocking Horse and the amazing Whispering Wall, and then on to our first winery Orlando, home of Jacob's Creek.

We spend approximately one hour in the Orlando Interpretive Centre, going through the history of the Jacob's Creek brand, followed by wine tasting and an educational presentation that sets you up for your day of wine tasting.

After visiting the Orlando Interpretive Centre we head into Tanunda, an historic town in the Barossa Valley and Vine Crest Winery. Back on board, off to Richmond Grove. While you are enjoying the wine from the cellar door, we will be preparing a barbeque extravaganza, including traditional steak and chicken, along with an Aussie speciality of Kangaroo. Vegetarians are not forgotten.

After a 'Big Feed' we travel to a fourth winery, then its up to Menglers Hill lookout to admire the views before heading back through Tanunda by about 5pm.
